Warranty Coverage

Our 2-year warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

Our warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
Damage resulting from negligence, misuse, abuse, or accidents
Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs
Normal wear and tear
How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product is defective and covered by our warranty, please follow these steps:

Return Instructions: If your claim is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the defective product to us.
