Returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization. You may contact us by email, phone, or through our website’s contact form. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that the item must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, unless the item is defective or damaged.
**Certain artwork items, as specified in the item’s description, are made to order and therefore not eligible for refunds unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If the item is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to request a refund or exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, and we will cover the cost of shipping the item back to us.
Restocking Fees:
For some items, a Free restocking fee will apply to cover processing. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Restocking fees are applicable in cases where customers have changed their mind about an item, even if the return is initiated before the item has been received. It’s important to carefully consider your purchase before finalizing it, especially for items subject to restocking fees.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if the items do not comply with our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately, without the items, we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
